Joanna Tibbitt

I am a leadership coach, coaching people around the globe who are looking to unlock their potential at different stages of their career.

I help develop high potential talent through mentoring and coaching, building on my own international experience as a senior executive in Banking. I have also built global and country development programmes focused on innovation and leadership development for emerging talent. I focus on helping people land well in their leadership role, whether for the first time or taking on significantly more scale and responsibility.

I create a safe, supportive space and use my curiosity, empathy and challenge to help individuals define their strengths, build confidence and impact as they go through their leadership journey.

I built my career in one of the world’s largest banks, working in a variety of roles in the UK, China, SE Asia and the Middle East. I’ve been a country COO, a Global Head of Strategy as well as a client adviser and project manager. I am known for being an energetic and engaging leader, building diversity and being willing to challenge the status quo.

I trained as a coach through the Academy of Executive Coaching in London in 2016. I’ve coached executives in UK, Asia and the Middle East. Examples include those looking for their first step into leadership, those reconsidering their career direction, people dealing with redundancy and founders considering how best to scale their business and manage all their stakeholders.
